Time for the two of you
Life has a way of turning conversations into schedules, errands, kids, work, responsibilities, and logistics.
This retreat creates room for something different.
Morning and early afternoon sessions provide guided opportunities to strengthen your relationship, while afternoons and evenings intentionally leave space for couples to reconnect in their own way.
This isn't nonstop therapy. It's a relationship getaway with meaningful guidance built into it.

Your time is yours
Structured retreat programming generally wraps by approximately 3 PM, creating significant time for couples to spend the rest of the day however they'd like.

Pool time, quiet conversations, downtime, rest, and time together at the retreat property.

Enjoy wine, beautiful surroundings, live music when available, and an easy nearby date.

Spend an evening dining, walking downtown, shopping, or enjoying live entertainment.

Take a boat or water taxi into Nashville for dinner, music, entertainment, and a memorable date night on the river.
"Perfect for newlyweds or long standing relationships. It's never too late to invest in better tools to improve your marriage and relationships. We loved the payment option as well!"

Master's-Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Heidi Boyle is a master's-level intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Grand Canyon University, a CACREP-accredited Christian university, where she is specializing in trauma.
Her passion for counseling grew out of her own healing journey and a desire to help others feel seen, heard, and understood. Heidi believes that while every person's story is unique, many of us share the same need for connection, hope, and a safe place to process life's more difficult experiences.
She works with individuals and couples navigating challenges such as rejection, loneliness, fear, shame, and trauma, with an emphasis on helping clients rediscover hope and move toward healthier patterns of connection.
Heidi incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her work. These approaches help clients better understand their emotional experiences, recognize underlying needs, and explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
At Serenity Nature Retreats, Heidi brings a warm, supportive presence to the experience while helping couples engage in meaningful conversations, strengthen emotional connection, and develop practical tools they can continue using at home.
Kimberly and Heidi are there to guide the experience, provide practical tools, and create meaningful conversations while still giving you room to focus on each other.

What couples are saying
Experiences shared by couples who have worked with Kimberly.
“While working with Kim at Serenity Nature Retreats, I was able to find true hope for my 29 year relationship. I was one step away from giving up and feel now that I have new tools to use and I have re-ignited and re-engaged in my marriage. Thanks Kim for helping us see that it is possible to find happiness again.”
“Kim was awesome, she took the time to explain to where I could understand. She was totally understanding as well as compassionate. Also, I believe she saved my marriage of almost 29 years!”
